Owning a holiday caravan comes with a small number of annual running costs to consider

Pentre Mawr rent cost


The main running cost is for plot/pitch rent and is billed annually during October, for payment by December 15th.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our grounds and the personal service that everyone experiences.

The rent covers your caravan sited on the chosen pitch and helps ensure the quality is kept at the highest possible levels.

For the 2023 season, our rent is £3000 (Plus VAT).

Pentre Mawr rates costs


The second charge is for what we call rates for ease.

This is made up of several different charges such as local authority fees and garbage removal.

The rates are billed annually in April for payment by 1st June.

June 2023 to June 2024, our rates are £675.87

gas and electric costs

Gas and Electricity

At Pentre Mawr, we have mains gas & electricity.

Both services are metered individually, so our owners simply pay for what they use.

Billed twice in months July and December.

caravans insurance costs


Our owners are free to compare the market with regards to insurance, although we do have a recommended provider.

Similarly to your house, most people like to cover for structure and contents.
